JLL is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador in Sydney to deliver first-class hospitality at the Welcome Reception and throughout the guest experience. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless, welcoming visit and a premium front-of-house workplace.
The role requires strong customer service in a rapid-paced corporate setting, plus IT skills (Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace) and excellent communication. In office, you’ll support events, bookings, and daily operations.
