Leaping Learners Early Education Centre – Picton NSW

Leaping Learners are seeking fully qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our teams in Picton NSW 2571 & Leumeah NSW 2560. This is a fulltime on the floor position for 5 days per week (negotiable).

Key responsibilities
Programming and delivery of early childhood education and care
Implementation of EYLF, NQS, NQF, National Law & Regulations
Child-protected practices and child protection

Requirements- you will need to have
One of the following University degrees: Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Teaching, Graduate Diploma (prior to Jan 2026), or ACECQA assessed equivalent
Mandatory Child Safety Training
Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma/anaphylaxis training)




Valid Working with Children's Check/NESA registration
Child Protection training
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, NQF, National Law & Regulations
Minimum of 2 professional references
Own transport
Excellent programming skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
