Infinite Aged Care Edge Hill is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentors to join our dedicated team. This full time role sits within a not-for-profit aged care facility in Edge Hill, offering a Monday to Friday roster with morning or afternoon shifts.

You will lead the clinical care team, develop resident‑centred care plans, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure outstanding resident outcomes in our caring workplace.
