Boral Asphalt is seeking a maintenance leader to own the safety, reliability and performance of asphalt plants, mobile and fixed assets. You will guide planners, fitters and supervisors to ensure assets are secure, compliant, reliable and optimised.
You will champion Zero Harm, run maintenance programs to cut unplanned breakdowns and drive output, quality and cost per tonne, while managing regional budgets and maintaining audit-readiness. Travel to regional sites will be required.
