Nannup Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Nannup, Western Australia. This full time role (38 hours/week) offers a base salary of AU$79,500–AU$85,000 plus statutory superannuation, with a focus on menu development and stock management.

You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, ensure food safety compliance, and collaborate on weekly menus that pair with local craft beers.
