NSW Health's Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a Health Clinician - Comprehensive Assessor (ACAT) to contribute to the SAS in community and hospital settings. You will help formulate care plans and determine appropriate services for clients and carers.

The role requires multidisciplinary assessment work, with potential to support Home Care Packages, Residential Care, Residential Respite or Adaptable Care, and may suit those with aged care assessment experience.
