You will coordinate protected, responsive, and person-centred services that meet each client’s needs, acting as the main point of contact for clients, families, support workers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will manage care plans, onboarding, and service delivery while maintaining accurate records and supporting recruitment and training of staff.
