Job Description:

Role: SDE Web Developer

Mandatory Technical Skills:-
6+ years of development experience.
Development Experience with .Net Technologies ( ASP/ MVC).
Data structure and Algorithm Design
6+ years of experience developing production quality code in a professional software engineering role
Solid design skills ; ability to resolve ambiguity and deliver solutions that are sustainable and well factored
Experience working as DevOps, to work on ETE in product lifecycle.
BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience

Desirable Technical Skills -
Experience with SQL Queries, Power Shell.
One must be willing to learn current technologies, explore and R&D.;

Mandatory Functional Skills:-
Customer Service




Receive/Gather Requirements from Customer for work items.
Ability to Prioritize work items
Ability to work in a rapid-paced agile environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
Experience working across multiple groups and teams
Previous experience working with Microsoft.
Discuss and Identify Continuous improvement opportunities
Monitoring and Controlling Execution of team work items
Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
Monitor and improve on Team Utilization
Track and Monitor SLA and Metrics
