About the position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Lawyer with a focus on litigation to join our esteemed team. Key Requirements:
Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a minimum of 5 years PQE in construction law
Proven experience in construction litigation and handling complex disputes
Solid negotiation and drafting skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
