The Role:
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and assisting with quotes
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Providing product information and general customer support
Data entry, invoicing, and general administration duties
Assisting with daily office operations

Reliable, organised, and qualified approach
Full Australian working rights
