The Scope of the Role
Reporting to the CEO and operating as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive General Manager - M&A; & Enterprise Transformation will shape and execute MEGT's strategic growth agenda. This is an enterprise-wide mandate encompassing:
Leading end-to-end mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnership activity, from origination through to integration
Driving enterprise-wide transformation programs that align people, systems, and structure to MEGT's long-term mission
Providing commercial counsel to the CEO and Board on growth prospects within the employment services and vocational education sectors
Building organisational capability and change readiness across a geographically dispersed workforce
What You Bring
Demonstrated executive leadership of M&A; transactions and post-merger integration at scale
Experience leading enterprise transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes
Proven success engaging Boards, senior stakeholders, and external partners through significant change
Experience within the Group Training and/or Registered Training Organisation model
A leadership style grounded in accountability, collaboration, and genuine respect for the communities MEGT serves
