Lumiere Foundation is seeking experienced Youth Workers to support young people living in Out-of-Home Care with Interactive Community Care. You will be employed by Lumiere Foundation and work in office with ICCare’s residential care services.

You will help young people build life skills, confidence, and resilience while maintaining a secure, structured and supportive setting through individualized care plans and proactive intervention when needed.
