Rendezvous-Du-Vietnam is seeking three full time cooks to join our team, specialising in Vietnamese and French cuisine. You will work with a skilled, supportive crew and contribute to a unique dining experience blending two culinary traditions.
Applicants must hold Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher), have at least one year of experience in Vietnamese and/or French cooking, and be proficient with grilled, hot pot, noodles and wok techniques.
