Outback Stores Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Training Officer to join our People & Culture team, based at the Darwin Support Office. In this hands-on role, you will deliver and assess accredited retail training programs to help local store staff develop skills, confidence and career prospects.
You will work with trainees, Store Managers and the Training team, providing both face-to-face and virtual training and support, with regular travel to remote communities up to a week at a time.
