Leader Group is recruiting multi-skilled operators for a major DIDO/FIFO project out of Rockhampton. You will operate late model, fully loaded CAT equipment on complex work that requires precision and expertise. The role operates on a 2 and 1 roster with mid-week changeover.
Key responsibilities
Operate excavators with GPS experience (13-49t)
Operate graders
Operate articulated dump trucks
Work with Trimble Earthworks and 3D Earthworks systems
Maintain safety, accountability, and teamwork standards
Adapt and deliver work without excuses
About you
Excavator operator experience with GPS (13-49t)
Grader operator experience
UTS experience
Articulated dump truck operator experience
HR License (mandatory)
Experience with Trimble Earthworks 3D (imperative)
Mindset built on safety, accountability, and teamwork
Ability to pass drug and alcohol test
