Opal HealthCare is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead culinary operations on a roving basis across Greater Sydney and the Central West. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no late nights or weekends required.

You’ll bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisory Certification, and 5+ years’ Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar settings. Expect involvement in menu planning, quality control, and training across sites.
