BMD Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor for the Darwin Ship Lift Project. This FIFO role involves a 15 days on / 6 days off roster, acting as the in office HR contact and partnering with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support on a major infrastructure project.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while supporting Indigenous participation initiatives and project reporting.
