Job Description

Four S Group Pty Ltd is a Mexican restaurant and takeaway specialising in freshly prepared birria tacos and authentic Mexican street food. The business is seeking to employ an experienced Fast Food Manager to lead our team and the operations of our rapid-paced food outlet. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a robust background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business growth. You should possess a Diploma in Management, Leadership, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. This full-time role is based in Matraville NSW and offers renumeration of $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation.

Oversee daily operations to ensure productive and seamless service delivery
Hire, train, and supervise staff, and foster a positive and productive work environment and a cohesive team
Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
Manage inventory, supplier/vendor relationships, and stock control
Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism and escalates as required
Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets
Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, outgoings, and staff performance
Ensure that the team adheres to the Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
