My Muscle Chef Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our night kitchen team from 10:15pm to 6:21am at the Yennora factory.

You will work with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to drive daily performance, champion quality and food safety, and ensure production runs efficiently. You will develop people, elevate kitchen standards and deliver the quality, consistency and operational excellence MYMC is known for, including standardised recipes and HACCP compliance.
