HBH Group is launching a recent central production kitchen in Brendale, and seeks a Production Head Chef to lead the operation from day one. You will plan daily production, standardise recipes and costing, and ensure on-time delivery to multiple venues.

You'll build a kitchen team, manage rosters within budget, control stock and waste, and uphold HACCP and food-safety standards. Early starts and shift work are required, with potential for progression within HBH Group.
