With a strong focus on community engagement, innovation and customer experience, this organisation is seeking a Digital and Social Communications Support Officer to support its marketing and communications team.
Your New Role As the Digital and Social Communications Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting digital communications, social media and marketing initiatives across a range of programs, services and events.
Assisting with the delivery of digital marketing and communications campaigns
Managing and updating website and digital content through content management systems
Supporting social media activity, content planning and community engagement
Writing and editing content for websites, social media, EDM, brochures and publications
Coordinating advertising bookings across digital and traditional media channels
Monitoring,
evaluating and reporting on campaign performance
Providing administrative support, including financial processing, forecasting and record keeping
Supporting broader communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement activities as required
About you
Experience in digital communications, marketing, social media or a similar role
Strong written communication, copywriting and editing skills
Experience managing website content and digital platforms
Knowledge of social media trends, best practice and content creation
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team
Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline is desirable
