Crispy Bakehouse is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our artisan baking operations in Turrella, NSW. You will lead the production team to create handmade breads, pastries, and bespoke items while maintaining top artisan quality and rigorous food safety standards.

You will plan daily production schedules, mentor bakers, manage inventory of specialty ingredients, ensure HACCP compliance, and collaborate with the Retail Manager to meet retail demand.
