The job:
Own contracts from award to completion: subcontracts, variations, EOTs, claims
Run progress claims, payments and cost reporting in Jobpac
Keep documentation airtight and deadlines under control
Keep clients, consultants, subbies and PMs aligned
You’ll thrive if you have:
Minimum 3 years in commercial construction
Hands-on Jobpac experience
A sharp commercial eye and the confidence to flag risk early
Calm when multiple projects hit deadlines at once
