The Cove Tavern is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations including bar, dining, gaming, and compliance, and support the Venue Manager.
You’ll drive guest experiences, handle feedback, contribute to budget through revenue and cost control, and ensure OLGR compliance with venue policies.
Role requires RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence, 5+ years in a similar role, solid customer service, and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
