Hardware & General is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead a newly created Inside Sales team. You will work with builders, tradies, developers and our Field Sales team to grow relationships, improve efficiency and identify recent business prospects.

You’ll manage a team of Internal Account Managers, drive account growth, and help shape the future direction of the Inside Sales function. This is a full-time, in office role based at our Brookvale head office.
