selectability is seeking a Care Governance & Safeguarding Officer based in Townsville to lead organisation-wide governance, risk, safeguarding and quality systems. This role provides oversight and assurance for protected, high-quality service delivery across NDIS, Aged Care and Child Safety programs.

You will develop robust frameworks, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement to ensure services operate with integrity and in line with regulatory and ethical standards.
