Alchemy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join a mining operation based in Mount Isa. About the role:
In this role, you’ll report to the Health & Injury Management Superintendent and work closely with site-based operational and support teams. You will:
Provide expert guidance on workplace injury, rehabilitation, and proactive health initiatives
Support and manage return-to-work programs in compliance with QLD legislation
Liaise with allied health professionals and medical providers to ensure coordinated care
Develop and implement workplace health strategies to reduce risk and improve outcomes
Drive early intervention and health promotion efforts across the workforce

What we’re looking for:
Experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management or occupational health
Allied health background (e.g. Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Exercise Physiologist)
Robust knowledge of QLD Workers Compensation Legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external health providers
