Redcape Hospitality is looking for qualified Chefs to join our kitchen teams on a casual basis at:
Durack Tavern - Durack
Willow Hotel - Moorooka
Commercial Hotel - Redbank

What you'll do
Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals through busy service
Run your section, from preparation through to pack-down
Keep food quality, presentation and timing on track




Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep service moving
Follow food safety and hygiene standards and keep your workspace clean and organised

What we're looking for
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent recognised qualification
Experience as a Chef in a rapid-paced commercial kitchen
Confidence working across grill, pans and fryers
Strong organisation and pride in the food you serve
A reliable approach and willingness to support your teammates
Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
