We are currently seeking a casualOptical Worker – within our Tinting department to join our team. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong fine motor skills, and a willingness to learn, we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you build a rewarding career in the optical industry.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys precision-based work, takes pride in quality, and is eager to develop technical skills in a specialised manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Chemical preparation of lens coating (including ability to read packaging/labelling, understand and follow chemical instructions and processes)
Sorting, loading and transferring of lenses to be coated




Machine operating and preparation
Process and quality control

About You
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and precisely
Solid Computer Skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work
Previous optical, manufacturing, quality control, assembly, or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
