Nepali lai kaam is seeking a kitchen assistant to help with basic food preparation, washing, peeling and portioning ingredients, and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a busy kitchen in The Rocks, Sydney. You will wash dishes, assist with deliveries and follow food-safety standards while supporting chefs during peak service times.
