We’re searching for energetic 2nd In Charge/Assistant Director to assist the Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service while fostering a positive, inclusive, and cooperative setting for children, families, and educators. This is a hands‑on leadership role with variety, creativity, and genuine career growth opportunities - no two days are the same.
About you:
You’ll have a Cert 3 or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A positive mindset and willingness to embrace new ideas and continuous improvement.
