Justrite Australia is seeking a part time Customer Service Leader for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract, onsite in Thomastown three days per week. You will head a dedicated team, drive key metrics, and partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance customer experience.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B customer service management, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and robust Excel/Office skills; travel nationally will be required.
