Duties
Manage a diverse workload
Directing calls to appropriate area
Listing properties via different channels
Processing agency agreements / property files / exchanges / marketing / settlements
Ensure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clients
Stationery orders
Reporting, filing and record keeping
Maintaining, monitoring and updating office compliance
Assisting sales, property management and admin staff with general services and help desk enquiries
Responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the office
Skills and experience
Previous admin experience is preferred
Computer literate
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
High attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Well-presented, excited and enthusiastic. Attitude is everything
