POSITION
Due to continued growth, a Project Manager is now needed to lead and deliver a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Brisbane.
Lead and manage electrical projects from award through to completion across commercial sectors.
Review project plans, specifications and scope of works to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate resources, materials and costs.
Identify and manage project risks, variations and value engineering prospects to protect margin.
Oversee project handover from the estimating team and manage ongoing cost reporting and forecasting.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers across all project stages.
Contribute to the growth of the business through skilled delivery, repeat business and client satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
Proven electrical project management experience across commercial or domestic projects
Trade background in electrical highly regarded
Electricians looking to move off the tools and into a management role are encouraged to apply
Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials and installation costs
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
