This is a full-time, on-site role based in Elizabeth Bay, NSW. You will be overseeing end-to-end editorial processes for print publications and digital platforms, including planning content calendars, commissioning writers, and managing workflows from pitch to publication.

Our Editor will write, edit and refine articles, features, and branded content, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all channels. They will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, commercial staff and clients to align content with strategic objectives, audience needs, and campaign goals. The role also includes monitoring content performance and continually refining editorial approaches based on data and feedback.

This role involves both editorial, SEO and commercial writing.

Qualifications
Solid editorial and publications skills, including leading print and digital editorial workflows, setting editorial standards, and managing production schedules.
Proven writing and content strategy capabilities, with experience shaping story angles, developing content calendars, and aligning content to audience and business goals.
Hands-on experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools for websites, newsletters, and social platforms. We use Wordpress, Adobe and Hubspot.
Background in managing multiple projects and deadlines, with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and fact-checking.
Experience in lifestyle, travel, government, or retail content is highly regarded.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
Previous experience in a senior editorial or managing editor role within a media, publishing, or content agency setting.
