About the role

We are seeking someone who is confident in all aspects of automotive parts interpretation and can provide outstanding service to both our workshop and retail customers.

Key responsibilities
Interpreting and ordering automotive parts
Assisting workshop technicians and customers with parts requirements
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Parts pricing and invoicing
Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory control
Receiving, checking and dispatching parts
Following up outstanding parts orders
Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient parts department
Working closely with the Service and Sales teams

About you
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter
Strong automotive parts knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills




Valuable computer and parts-catalogue skills
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, reliable and professional attitude
A current driver's licence
