About the role
This hands-on role is ideal for a chef who enjoys variety and has experience working across pizza, larder and hot sections in a rapid-paced environment. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team delivering quality food to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and cooking menu items across pizza, larder, pans and grill sections

Maintaining high food quality, consistency and presentation standards

Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and minimising waste

Ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are followed

Working efficiently during busy service periods

Contributing to a positive and team-focused kitchen culture

About you

Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience

Experience in à la carte, club, pub or restaurant kitchens

Confident working independently across multiple sections

Robust understanding of food safety and kitchen operations





Reliable, punctual and well organised

Available to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
