Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support? We are seeking a Part-Time Enrolments Administrator to join a respected school located on the northern end of the Gold Coast for a 2-week temporary assignment commencing 26 October.
Current Blue Card is essential.
Working closely with the Head of Enrolments, you will play a key role in supporting the enrolment process and ensuring a positive experience for prospective families.
The Role
$***** per hour + superannuation
Key Responsibilities
Managing enrolment enquiries from prospective families
Updating and maintaining student waitlists
Coordinating and booking campus tours
Confirming enrolments and liaising with families
Preparing and finalising enrolment documentation
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Providing administrative support to the Head of Enrolments
Assisting with general office administration as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
Experience within education sector highly favourable
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism
Previous experience working within a school, college, university, or broader education environment will be highly regarded.
