Job Description Lead and deliver Citrix platform upgrades and migrations across enterprise environments.
Plan and execute VMware infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle management, and optimisation activities.
Perform Hyper-V upgrades and platform modernisation projects.
Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID Cloud Sync / Cloud Connect deployments and identity modernisation initiatives.
Support hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on-premises and cloud platforms.
Deliver infrastructure refresh and transformation projects while maintaining BAU operations.
Conduct health checks, capacity planning, and technical assessments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide Level 2
