We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing construction team on a project in the Sutherland Shire.

The project involves the construction of a five-storey development, comprising predominantly commercial floorspace with two residential units on the upper level.

This is an initial three-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
Manage site safety, quality control and programme deadlines.
Ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications and building regulations.
Coordinate site activities and maintain solid communication with project stakeholders.




Monitor progress and proactively resolve any in office issues.

About You:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
Experience managing multi-storey construction projects.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach to site management, safety and programme delivery.
Relevant construction qualifications and current WHS certifications.
