Store Support Person

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, administration and operational support. You'll play a key part in ensuring stock is managed accurately, customers are supported efficiently and day-to-day store operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Support stock receivals, transfers and inventory management
Assist with customer collections and delivery coordination
Complete administrative and cash handling tasks
Maintain an organised and safe warehouse environment
Support stocktakes and inventory accuracy
Work closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Help ensure smooth store operations every day





What We're Looking For
Previous retail, warehouse, administration or customer service experience
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and technology
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
