The Prospect A premier tier one digital transformation consultancy is expanding its core SAP delivery team across Australia. We are looking for an ambitious, mid level SAP Developer to step into a high impact environment supporting major enterprise and federal systems. You will work alongside senior enterprise architects and technical leads to build, modernise, and deploy next generation SAP solutions.

This role offers a genuine pathway to deepen your technical capability across S/4HANA, CDS views, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) while working in a secure, stable, and highly cooperative environment.

The Role
Build & Enhance: Custom development of ABAP applications, object-oriented code, enhancements, CDS views, and responsive SAPUI5/Fiori screens.
System Integration: Develop and maintain high-performing OData services, REST APIs, BAPIs, and interface structures.
Optimisation & Quality: Perform code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation while optimising legacy code for HANA performance.
Cooperative Delivery: Partner closely with functional consultants and business analysts to translate complex functional requirements into efficient technical logic.





The Tech Stack & Environment
Core Languages: OO ABAP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQLScript.
Platforms & Frameworks: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori.
Tools & Integration: OData, SAP Business Application Studio / Web IDE, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), NetWeaver Gateway.

What You Will Bring
Commercial Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP technical development (ABAP and Fiori/UI5).
Core Fundamentals: Solid understanding of OO ABAP, modular development, OData service generation, and UI design patterns.
Security Clearance: Active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance is strictly required due to site security requirements.
Communication: Explicit verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical team members.
