Better Medical is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of nine General Practice clinics across Victoria. You’ll partner with Practice Managers, GPs and Support Office teams to improve performance, profitability and patient care.

In this hybrid role you’ll balance commercial outcomes with people leadership, develop leaders and drive regional strategy across Victoria, with travel across metropolitan and regional areas.
