Sales Representative Property Industry 1.1 The Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join an established business operating within the property and real estate sector.
This role is suited to someone with strong sales skills who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
You will work with property-related clients, develop new accounts and help drive revenue growth.
Develop current business opportunities and generate leads across the property sector.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Manage the sales process from prospecting and meetings through to negotiation and closing.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
1.2 Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and approach potential clients.
Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate sales records.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
Prepare quotes,



proposals and sales agreements where required.
Maintain strong knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Track sales performance and report on pipeline activity.
1.3 Key Requirements Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
Experience within the property, real estate or property services industry is highly regarded.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
A proactive approach to lead generation and winning new business.
Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
Professional presentation and confidence dealing with clients at different levels.
