Ref: ****** ED Senior Medical Officer | Northern Queensland Northern QLD Located in the Hinchinbrook shire of Queensland 111 km north west of Townsville, this rural town is known for its sugar cane industry and has an approximate population of 4,426 residents This hospital is a 28 bed facility offering patients medical services including 24 hour emergency, birthing and midwifery and general surgery If not IeMR and FirstNet trained, training will be provided at the Hospital Details Locum Emergency Medicine Senior Medical Officer required for a block from late October to mid-November **** at a Northern Queensland Health Service.
Roster: Versatile, 10-hour shifts (weekdays and weekends).
On-Call: 1:2 or 1:3.
Meal breaks unpaid; minimum 30 min break required.
