Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll services, providing an exceptional employee experience, managing payroll vendors and key stakeholders, and driving data insights, process improvements, and operational excellence across payroll operations What You'll Be Doing Payroll Processing equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience.
Experience using Dayforce, Preceda, SuccessFactors highly desirable Working knowledge of Microsoft office suites An understanding and interest in AI Powered Assistant e.g Co-pilot Experience managing payroll compliance and legislative requirements.
Experience working with payroll providers and external stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation (highly desirable).
Strong understanding of the General Retail Industry Award (GRIA) and National Employment Standards (NES).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
High levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
