Ref: ****** Paediatrics Registrar - Western Queensland Hospital Northern QLD 10 beds on Paediatrics Ward 3 beds in Special Care Nursery The Mount Isa Special Care Nursery care for sick and preterm babies 32-weeks gestation and later.
If a baby is younger than 32 weeks, or too sick to be cared for in Mount Isa, they will be transferred to Townsville University Hospital.
Staffing levels:1 FTE x Director of Paediatrics, 2 FTE x Staff Specialist Paediatrician,2 FTE x Registrar (General Paediatrics Advanced Training pathway) Details Locum Paediatrics PHO/Registrar required for an immediate start in Western Queensland.
Shift 1: ASAP to 31/12/2026 PGY4-PGY9 level preferred.
