Job Description This is a blended Dental Assistant and Receptionist position, offering an initial 2–3 days per week , with the potential for additional hours from early January.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing front desk operations, including patient bookings, appointment scheduling and enquiries.
Supporting patient conversion and understanding treatment plans to help patients proceed with recommended treatment.
Providing a welcoming and professional experience for patients.
Assisting clinicians chairside and supporting the smooth running of daily clinical operations.
Coordinating appointments and helping maintain an effective practice workflow.
Supporting the wider team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 3 years' dental industry experience.
Robust dental reception and front office skills.
Experience with appointment scheduling, patient conversion and treatment planning.
Confidence managing day-to-day reception operations.
Current practical chairside Dental Assisting skills and the ability to comfortably move between reception and clinical duties.
A friendly, organised and proactive approach,
with a genuine passion for patient care.
The ability to work collaboratively in a busy dental practice.
Please note: This is a blended Dental Assistant / Receptionist role.
Applicants must be comfortable and experienced in both front office and chairside duties.
