Your main responsibilities will include: Providing quality assessment planning and delivery to work towards conversion targets,



ensuring prospective students understand the value of our programs.
Delivering excellent customer service with your exceptional communication skills, following up on all leads, and building strong relationships with parents, students, and managers.
Contributing to the successful operations of the team by answering inquiries, collecting detailed information, and analysing data to enhance our assessment success.
Ensuring all assessment administrative tasks, including enrolments, learning objectives, goals, and other relevant details, are accurately entered into our database for smooth operations.
