We are a well-established boutique hospitality marketing agency working exclusively with registered clubs across the ACT and NSW. With over 20 years in operation, we are known for long-term client relationships, strong brand standards and a calm, structured way of working.
Due to new clients coming on board, we are now seeking a creative, detail-oriented marketing skilled to join our small, close-knit team in a part-time capacity.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, cares deeply about brand consistency, and enjoys being a steady, reliable presence in a team.
About the role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day marketing delivery for a portfolio of club clients, ensuring all work is accurate, on-brand and thoughtfully executed.
Key responsibilities include:
Social media management (planning, scheduling and posting)
Content creation and copywriting
Database communications (EDMs and SMS)
Campaign activation and coordination
Being part of the artwork briefing process to maintain brand consistency
Reviewing work before it goes live to ensure accuracy, tone and quality
Participating in client calls and communicating clearly and professionally
This role is not about speed or volume.
It's about care, creativity and getting the details right.

Experience working in registered clubs (RSLs, bowling clubs, golf clubs, leagues clubs) or pubs is highly regarded. Please include in your application if you have this experience.
Part-time: approximately 25 hours per week
Flexible arrangement (school hours or 4 days per week)
Work from home with some travel to clients as required from time to time
Hours may increase over time by mutual agreement
Approx. $38–$42 per hour + super, based on experience
